1. Digital Products

ANZH Cosmetology sells digital products — personalized skin diagnostic results delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, which are delivered and consumed immediately:

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital product (skin analysis result, PDF report, and personalized recommendations) is delivered immediately, and you waive the right to a cooling-off period.

2. What You Receive

Each purchase includes:

• Personalized skin analysis result card
• Product recommendations tailored to your skin type
• Procedure recommendations from a licensed cosmetologist
• Downloadable PDF report
• Shareable social media card
• Permanent access to your results via your account

3. Exceptions

We may consider a refund in the following cases:

• Technical failure: If a payment was processed but the result was not delivered due to a technical error on our side
• Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same product
• Unauthorized transaction: If a purchase was made without your authorization

In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible case, please contact us with:

• Your email address used for the purchase
• Date and approximate time of the transaction
• Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Bundle Purchases

If you purchased the full Skin Passport bundle (6 tests), refund requests for individual tests within the bundle are not accepted. The bundle refund policy follows the same rules as individual purchases.

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you have an active weekly subscription ("All Access Pass"), you may cancel at any time through the subscription management badge in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current week.

If you believe you were charged in error after cancellation, please contact us within 7 days at rc@roch-art.com — we will review and, if confirmed, issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

7. Promo Codes & Discounts

Purchases made with promotional codes or discounts are subject to the same refund policy. If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be the actual amount paid (after discount).
